Jessica Chastain, an American film and television actress known for her portrayal of feminine characters with a strong personality in female-oriented films. Her stage debut with a stage production of "Romeo and Juliet" and her debut in film with her role in the drama film 'Jolene'. She became more popular with the roles she played in films like "Take Shelter", "The Help", "Mama" and Interstellar. In the category of "Best Actress,' she won the Golden Globe Award in recognition of her part as a character in "Zero Dark Thirty". Her most well-known role is her role as a strong, but flawed women. Many roles in her work are well-known for championing feminist ideals. A feminist who is outspoken, she is known for her loud pro-equal pay for women and has rejected works which she felt were offering her an unfair wage.
